You can request deletion of selected PrayerWaqt data without deleting your account, or permanently delete your entire PrayerWaqt account below.

Request deletion of selected data

Use this form if you want PrayerWaqt to delete eligible personal data while keeping your account active. Requests are manually reviewed. We may contact you at the email address below to verify account ownership before deletion.

Data you can request to delete

• PWAI conversations and messages
• PWAI conversation metadata and related history
• Support tickets and support messages
• Other eligible personal data that you identify in your request

Data that is required to keep your account or purchases functioning, and limited payment, billing, security, anti-fraud, purchase-token replay prevention or legally required records, may be retained where necessary. We will explain any such retention when relevant.

Processing time: after any necessary identity verification, eligible deletion requests are completed within 10 business days.

Delete your PrayerWaqt account

Use this option if you want to permanently delete your entire PrayerWaqt account.

What will be deleted

• Your PrayerWaqt account profile and active login sessions
• Your PWAI conversations and messages
• Your support tickets and support messages
• Your PWAI credit balance, Pro entitlement association and device/account links

Sign in with the same Google Account linked to PrayerWaqt. After successful verification, you will be asked for one final confirmation before deletion.
